What makes Fresh Valley special?
5 cooperating modern greenhouse farms in the south of the Netherlands. Total 25 hectares of greenhouses and in peak periods over 300 employees. In the vicinity of our companies own housing where employees have their own place and get a bicycle at their disposal.

Job Coaches
Claudia and Tetiana
Our job coaches are the important link between company leaders and employees. They ensure smooth communication so that everyone feels heard and valued. Whether it's answering questions, providing human resources support or solving problems. Claudia and Tetiana are there to help, always with a thoughtful and professional approach.
They are the point of contact for all employees in their own language and try to be present at the locations at least 1 day a week.
