No general qualifications or experiences are required. We believe that if the motivation is right you can learn anything and we are happy to take new employees through this process. Walk with one of our people for a while to see if you like it. But experience is also always welcome, within our cooperation we strive to have a good mix of young drive and experience.

We don't really have a typical working day. Our crops are, of course, extremely weather-dependent, so the activities surrounding our products depend on the weather as well. But within our companies, everyone is given a lot of freedom and responsibility, allowing them to fill their own days with the aim of delivering the tastiest products to our customers at the end of the day.

There certainly are. Many of our permanent employees have been working in horticulture since they were young and each in his or her own way have progressed outside and within our organization. The size of our companies also ensures that there are plenty of opportunities in various directions.

Jobs in greenhouse horticulture are much broader than just harvest or crop workers. Our cultivation locations are all modern greenhouse farms and with our size, we have several other great job opportunities besides green fingers. Think of; data analysis/ICT; cultivation manager; energy control; assistant farm manager; team leader; and so on!
